By using our online platform, purchasing our digital content, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms:

• No Investment Activity: Purchasing access to our online courses or digital content is not an investment. You are acquiring educational resources only. Kalavishwa does not offer any investment or return-based schemes.
• Compliance and Integrity: Kalavishwa operates strictly in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, as notified by the Government of India. Our digital direct selling model is fully transparent and legal.
• Not a Get-Rich-Quick Scheme: We do not promote or support any kind of get-rich-quick or income-by-registration schemes. Income, if any, is strictly based on the sale of digital products by registered Direct Sellers, and subject to our business plan.
• Becoming a Direct Seller: Becoming a Direct Seller with Kalavishwa is straightforward. You simply need to familiarize yourself with our products, business plan, policies, and terms & conditions. There are no registration, enrolment, or membership fees involved. However, every Direct Seller is required to sign a contract agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of the company, including Kalavishwa’s Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct.
• Income Generation: Merely purchasing a course or joining as a Direct Seller does not guarantee any income. Earnings are based solely on sales volume and actual effort. This is a skill-based and merit-driven opportunity.
• Sales-Based Income: There are no salaried roles or employment opportunities offered through the Direct Selling model. Direct Sellers can earn income only through product/services sales, subject to compliance with our Business Plan and applicable terms.
• No Compulsion: There is no obligation to purchase digital content or become a Direct Seller. Participation is completely voluntary.
• Intellectual Property Rights: All digital content, course materials, and platform features are the intellectual property of Kalavishwa or lawfully licensed.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, or listing of our courses on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Telegram etc.) is strictly prohibited.

We do not guarantee the authenticity or security of content accessed through such channels and shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising from unauthorized access or downloads.

• Unique ID Provision: Kalavishwa provides Direct Sellers with a unique ID number and password free of charge upon fulfilling the company’s terms and conditions. They can earn income solely by selling Kalavishwa products and become eligible for incomes based on business volume as per company terms and conditions/Remuneration System, subject to change without prior notice.
• Termination Policy: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Direct Seller account that violates our platform’s rules, misuses content, engages in misleading practices, or fails to comply with our agreement—without prior notice.
• General Information Disclaimer: Kalavishwa shall not be liable for Any technical glitches, platform downtime, or delay in content access. And any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our platform or services.
